📥 Orders & Digital Downloads
1. Is this a physical product?
No. All MoneyNest products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
2. How will I receive my purchase?
Once your payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive an email with your download link. You can also access your download from the order confirmation page.
3. When will I receive my download?
Your digital files are available immediately after your payment is confirmed.
4. What file format will I receive?
Our products are delivered as high-quality PDF files designed for easy printing and digital use.
5. Can I download my files more than once?
Yes. You can download your purchased files again using your download link. We recommend saving a backup copy to your device or cloud storage.

6. Can I use the planners on my iPad or tablet?
Yes. Our PDF planners and workbooks can be used with popular PDF annotation apps such as Goodnotes, Notability, Xodo, Adobe Acrobat, and many other compatible applications.
7. Can I use them on my computer?
Yes. They work on Windows, Mac, and most devices that support PDF viewing.
8. Do I need any special software?
No. A standard PDF reader is enough for viewing and printing. If you’d like to write digitally, you’ll need a compatible PDF annotation app.

9. Can I print the workbook?
Absolutely. All MoneyNest products are designed to be printer-friendly and suitable for home or professional printing.
10. What paper size are the files designed for?
Most MoneyNest products are optimized for A4 paper. Product descriptions will specify the exact format where applicable.
11. Can I print multiple copies?
Yes, for your personal use. You’re welcome to print additional copies for yourself whenever needed.

12. Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and trusted payment providers. MoneyNest does not store your payment card information.
13. Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods depend on your country and may include credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify Payments or our payment partners.
🔒 License & Usage
14. Can I share my purchased files with others?
No. Every purchase includes a personal-use license only. Sharing, distributing, or uploading the files elsewhere is not permitted.
15. Can I resell MoneyNest products?
No. All content is protected by copyright and may not be resold, redistributed, copied, or commercially reproduced without written permission.
16. Can businesses purchase these products?
Yes. Businesses may purchase products for their own internal use. However, redistribution, resale, or sharing outside the purchasing organization is not allowed unless a separate commercial license has been granted.
💰 Refunds
17. Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find your download email, contact us with your order details and we’ll be happy to assist.
