Digital Products Only

All products available on www.joinmoneynest.com are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital files.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once a purchase has been completed and the digital files have been delivered.

Refunds

As digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.

Refund requests will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Expecting a physical product instead of a digital download
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect

Exceptions

We will review refund requests if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You received an incorrect digital product.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents access to your purchase and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
